The pre-phylloxera variety Gorgollassa is one of the most ancestral from Mallorca, nearly extinct by the late ‘90s.
Recovering it and producing with it the most ancestral
wine of the island is one of Oliver Moragues’ most
beautiful projects. A luscious, fresh, saline wine full
of authenticity.
