Elaboration
Three harvests on the same vines at very different times seeking three antagonistic fruit profiles that will later be blended in the winery. Each fruit undergoes vinification in the winery seeking three different profiles: freshness, balance, and ripe fruit. Aged for 6 months in large-format French oak barrels.
Appearence
Medium-low layer with garnet tones.
Nose
Spicy and balsamic aromas typical of the variety, with notes of red fruits.
Palate
Fine and delicate but very vertical and long in the mouth. Lively but very refined and rounded tannins. Balance, freshness, and elegance.
